🛠️ Common Issues & Fixes

Most problems can be fixed in under a minute. Check this list before opening a ticket 🎫

⚙️ Script doesn't load / nothing happens

• Make sure you use a supported executor: Volt, Potassium, Wave, Real or Madium ✅
• Copy the loader again from allison.rip with the copy button, since an old or partly copied loader won't work 📋
• Run the script after you fully joined the game, not on the loading screen ⏳
• Rejoin the game and run it once more 🔄

🔑 "Invalid key" / key not working

• Check you picked the right version: Keyless, KeySystem or Beta 🎮
• KeySystem needs a key from Get Key. Beta needs your Beta key from Discord 🔐
• Keys from the Daily Wheel (6h, 12h, 1 day, 2 day) only skip the key system. They don't unlock Beta ⚠️
• Your key may have expired. Check it on your Dashboard 🖥️
• Copy the key without extra spaces at the start or end ✂️

💻 HWID mismatch (new PC, reinstalled Windows)

Your key is locked to your PC. If you changed hardware or reinstalled Windows:

1. Log in to your Dashboard with Discord
2. Go to HWID reset and write the reason 📝
3. An admin resets it and the ticket shows Done ✅

⏱️ You can request 1 HWID reset every 30 days.

💥 Executor crashes or closes

• Turn off your antivirus for the executor folder, or add it as an exception 🛡️
• Update or reinstall the executor to the latest version 🔁
• Restart Roblox and your PC 🔌

🧪 Beta not showing on your Dashboard

• Your key must be linked to your Discord account 🔗
• You need the Beta role in our Discord. If it's missing, open a ticket 🎟️

• 📸 A screenshot of the error
